Service Guarantee / Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our cleaning services!  If you are not fully satisfied with the cleaning, you may contact us within 24 hours after the cleaning, and ElimiDirt will set an appointment to come re-clean the unsatisfactory areas free of charge.  Refunds are typically only issued in extreme circumstances - please allow us to re-clean the affected area first.  If there continue to be unresolved issues after a re-clean, or again after the next regular cleaning, please contact us and we can discuss a partial or total refund.  We will do what it takes to make things right!

Payment Policy
Payment can be made upfront or upon completion of the cleaning service.  For our regular clients, payment should be left in a clearly visible area if you cannot be home during the cleaning.  Payment cannot be mailed, unless it is mailed so that it is received in advance of the scheduled cleaning.  Payment must be made with cash or personal check only.  At this time, no other forms of payment are accepted.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an appointment for cleaning, please let us know at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.  We understand that your time is valuable, and so is ours.  Please note that appointments cancelled last minute (the same day) will incur a fee of 75% of the value of the cleaning for that day.  Service will be restored once this fee has been received.  The fee may be included with the payment for the next scheduled service, or it can be mailed to us.

Termination of Service
If for any reason you wish to terminate cleaning services with ElimiDirt permanently and would like to remove all of your information from ElimiDirt's database, you must call us or send an email stating as much.  Elimidirt's email address is elimidirt@elimidirt.com.  Our phone number is (925)-963-8585.  At no time are you under any contract to continue service with us, and you may cancel at any time.  We do ask however that you give us at least 72 hours advance notice before your next scheduled cleaning if terminating your service with us.
